In 2019, we worked with four amazing business to address the challenge: How can we better conserve nature, and increase the protection of threatened species and their survival in the wild?
Learn more about each team and their business below.
Charopy solves the problem of contamination in recycling bins and works with primary schools to make recycling more fun. Charopy has also raised awareness of NSW threatened species in schools, through their 'Build Your Own Colony' game.
Dave makes habitat, every day - for any native animal, anywhere that's safe for them. To make sure 'No owl shall remain homeless', he is exploring ways owls can safely live, hunt and reproduce in agricultural and urban environments.
Jessie created Lonely Conservationists to help conservationists thrive. With almost 2000 conservationists in her community, Jessie believes there is enough human power to conserve the 60% of threatened species impacted by agriculture across the planet.
Our online open day last week sold out, so we have opened more spots on Friday 24 May and Tuesday 28 May. Chat directly with the Wild Idea coaches, receive immediate feedback on your idea and discuss whether the program is right for you.
